Today Delhi High court lifted ban on Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) which was banned by Central Government for past seven years. This February, Centre decided to continue the ban on SIMI for couple of years more. However SIMI filed a petition against Centre’s decision.
The special tribunal headed by Justice Geeta Mittal told Centre to present more facts that SIMI is involved in unlawful activities and it can’t extend the ban based on the past records.
Centre decided to move to Supreme Court on this issue.

This Congress Government is desperate to appease minorities no matter how dangerous it may be for the country. They withheld death penalty of Afzal Guru for years with their bureaucracy. They survive as majority of the population abstain from casting their vote. Oh! God! Where this India heading? Shower some common sense on congressmen.
