Here is the procedure to make Indian version of Chesse Omlette.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/4 spoon turmeric
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 1 tea spoon of oil

Procedure:

Cut onion and green chillies in to small pieces and put them in a bowl along with egg, salt, turmeric powder. Mix it well and keep it ready. Now place oil in the pan and heat it at medium flame. One the oil is heated, pour the contents of the bowl in the pan and adjust them uniformly to cover whole pan. Now add 4 cheese slices. Turn the contents to other side after a minute.
